Returns Policy

We operate a strict 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Should you notify us of a return within 14 days of delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable). You will then have 14 days from the date of notifying us to return the item. Returns received outside of this timeframe will be rejected.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, please send us an email at [email protected]. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve return requests over the telephone. Any items returned to us without being approved will not be accepted.

Mo Reviews Tuning and its suppliers deliver consignments to carriers properly packaged. Therefore, damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier, not Mo Reviews Tuning. If necessary, we may offer reasonable assistance in your claim against the carrier; however, this will remain entirely at our discretion.

All of our products are thoroughly checked before leaving our facility. Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the unlikely event that an item is defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, built-to-order products and personalised items. We also do not accept returns for any items containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Unless otherwise specified, refunds are not available for digital products purchased via our website, once the order is confirmed and the product has been completed this is classed as a final sale. We may only issue a refund if there was a misrepresentation in the product description, or if there is a technical problem related to the product provided.

This is because many of our services are digitally bound to the unique VIN number provided at the time of purchase, meaning it cannot be re-purposed, re-sold or re-used.

Mo Reviews Tuning will pass any manufacturer warranty on to the original buyer. Used parts or parts purchased through unauthorised distribution channels will not carry a warranty. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, on any parts used for competition or track events.
You must notify Mo Reviews Tuning immediately upon discovery of any inherent product/manufacturing defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy. We will replace all defective items that meet our return/exchange requirements, but will not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold refunds until returned items have been examined and tested.
Products sold by Mo Reviews Tuning may not be DOT or TUV approved for highway use on public roads. These products are designed for show, off-road or racing applications only. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meets all federal, state and local laws and regulations. By purchasing our products, you agree to assume all liability and risk associated with the use of these products and shall hold Mo Reviews Tuning, its affiliates, its directors and its owners harmless of any liability.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, the money will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember, this can take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return item does not meet the terms of this policy.

All items will be shipped by Royal Mail unless prohibited by size or weight, in which case a courier such as ParcelForce or DPD will be used. Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost upon request.

For International orders, we may ship via alternative means at our discretion. Please note that Trade agreements vary between countries and for this reason, duties and taxes applicable on the importation of any products purchased from Mo Reviews Tuning are the responsibility of the customer, including but not limited to, any applicable brokerage and/or clearance fees.
